Please do NOT send any damaged products to Niche Paintball, LLC. without contacting us and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Any damaged products that are brought in or sent to Niche Paintball, LLC. without an RMA# will not be processed.

Niche Paintball, LLC. does not accept walk-ins to our shop. If you live locally, you’re more then welcome to come by, but you must call to make an appointment and receive your RMA# beforehand.

If you live outside of the United States; please contact the authorized Niche Paintball distributor in the country you purchased your product from.

Niche Paintball, LLC. reserves the right to refuse replacement or offer a replacement, at a reduced cost, for products that are believed to be damaged outside the realm of normal use conditions. Normal use conditions are defined as “using the product in a controlled manner that is within your own capabilities”.

Niche Paintball, LLC. does not guarantee that damaged products will be replaced with the same exact design and/or color.

All Niche Paintball warranties are valid only for the original purchaser (non-transferable) – who must also provide a copy of the original sales receipt for any warranty to be processed.
