REFUND POLICY FOR “PACKAGED” PRODUCTS
“Packaged” products are any product(s) sold through www.nichepaintball.com not designated as a “Custom Order” product.
The customer (buyer) may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase for any manufacturer defective product received. A return for replacement may be offered.
Packaged product(s) must be returned in Original Condition (not physically broken or damaged) and packaging.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from Niche Paintball and included along with the returned Product(s).
- To request an RMA, contact Niche Paintball via email addressed to email@example.com. Niche Paintball may require proof of purchase details to obtain an RMA.
A 25% restocking fee plus return shipping charges will apply for any physically broken, damaged or non-defective return, including if buyer changes mind or is not satisfied.
REFUND POLICY FOR CUSTOMER ORDER PRODUCT(S)
Custom Order(s) are any product(s) designated as “Custom” and include “Custom Anodize”, “Custom Build” and “Pre-Order” or “Pre-Sale” designated products. Custom Order products generally involve longer lead times and take longer to produce.
Due to the custom nature of Custom Order products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL unless defective due to the efforts of manufacturing.
The customer (buyer) may cancel a Custom Order within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, 50% of any partial deposit amount or 20% of the full purchase amount received is non-refundable. (†)
(†) Niche Paintball will NOT accept refund requests on any Custom Order involving “Custom Anodize” with an outside processor.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR BALANCE DUE
The buyer must pay any remaining balance due within 30 days of receiving a ‘notification of order completion’ of the purchased product. Notifications will be delivered by way of buyer contact information (email address) provided in the purchase order.
If the remaining balance remains unpaid, after 30 days from the ‘notification of order completion’ date, Niche Paintball reserves the right to cancel the purchased order.

Upon approval of buyer cancellation and refund request, Niche Paintball will immediately cancel the purchase order. A cancellation acknowledgement will be sent within 3 working days and fees refunded within 10 working days to the PayPal account (email address) supplied during purchase, subject to this policy.
